As part of version 1.7.9 were added the following new functionalities:

Emails – Automatically connect to the company – if you enable this functionality, all the emails that are synchronized to contact will be also assigned to a company that has a contact assigned.

Contacts – Transcript Data – if you check this functionality so when you synchronize data between SugarCRM and Microsoft Outlook it performs overwrites data records  by modification date and moreover, if for example  in Microsoft Outlook will be missing features and it is located in SugarCRM, than it takes the value from SugarCRM and puts it in Microsoft Outlook. This also applies the other way, and also to all the attributes that are transmitted between SugarCRM and Microsoft Outlook.

System Settings

• Password – if you enter the password, so when opening the synchronizer settings you have to enter it otherwise you can’t change the settings.
• Enable plugin for functionality – for example, if you tick contacts and appointments, and you don’t tick tasks and emails, than within Synchronizer will only be possible to perform operations with contacts and appointments. Other functionality will be disabled.
